Jaclyn Paige Fourkiller - Emphasizing Multiculturalism in Art Creation
An accomplished art teacher, Jaclyn Paige Fourkiller has instructed pre-k to 5th-grade art classes in the Garland Independent School District (ISD) since 2023. Embracing multicultural aspects of the artistic medium, Jaclyn Paige Fourkiller serves in classroom settings. She also guides the Art Club in endeavors that range from holiday-themed creations to sculpting projects.
Ms. Fourkiller completed her associate’s degree in art at Lon Morris Private Junior College (LMC) and was a featured artist in the “Reflections of LMC” exhibit. She also took dance classes and became a featured dancer in the Fine Arts Department. She subsequently completed a BFA degree in art and education at Stephen F. Austin State University, featuring her work in an individual art show.
Professionally, Ms. Fourkiller began as an art educator with the Waco ISD, teaching various mediums that emphasized the applicability of art to everyday life. Focused on fostering a safe, positive learning experience, she oversaw art exhibits in the community in tandem with Adopt A School partners.
